Every Thursday 5:30 AM-6:30 AM
In this 6 week course we will explore postures (asana) building up from the basics, introduce other aspects of yoga such as breathing practises (pranayama), meditation, mantra, mandala and relaxation and learn about the history and cultural context of yoga.
Come along and see how yoga can help improve your flexibility, strength, posture, balance and clarity of mind. All bodies are welcome!
This course is perfect for:
• People wanting to try yoga for the first time in a friendly, non-competitive environment
• People with injuries wanting to learn how to modify their practice to suit their body’s needs
• Anyone wanting to get back into yoga after a break
• Those interested in learning different aspects of yoga beyond postures
